The following conditions are required for the return of goods:


1. The returned goods must be in original, tidy and undamaged packaging (this item does not apply to the return of defective goods).


2. The goods must be undamaged by the Buyer.


3. This product must not be used or used in the absence of unwanted labels, non-tearable protective extensions, etc. (This item does not apply when a defective item is returned).


4. The returned goods must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer.


5. Returned goods must be in additional protective (skirt transport) packaging (eg: boxes or protective envelopes).


The consignment to be sent must contain:


1. Goods (with labels and original packaging).


2. A completed return deed, cash receipt or copy of the receipt (if you paid in cash upon delivery).


Upon receipt of damaged packaging or goods that properly return the requirements of the rules, return it by sending.


Refunds:

We will return the money for the goods within 14 days. from the date of receipt of the goods.

Return costs will be deducted from the price of the product, if it is not damaged or the delivered product is not the one ordered. Wrap the product, apply a sticker and put it in any postal machine.


LP Express self-service terminal

Pack the returned goods and prepare them for shipment.

Put a sticker on the package.
The system of the filling and confirmation return system will generate the terminal consignment code and the terminal consignment PIN code, which will be required for placing the consignments in the terminal.
The LP Express terminal will be displayed in place when it is upgraded.



Final return visas are sold in accordance with the exception provided for in Article 6.22810 (2) of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania (eg Invalid return procedure), providing simplified delivery of goods and providing inadequate information on health protection or increase. short; packaged video or software that was unpacked after delivery, etc.).
